MOJITO
Caribba Rum 4cl
farine sugar 2 tsp
molasses 1 cl
10 fresh mint leaves
½ lime
soda water
crushed ice

Preparation: Put lime slices, mint leaves and farine sugar and crushed ice into the highball glass. Crush the lime slices and mint with muddler. Thereafter fill the glass with crushed ice and pour molasses and Caribba Rum into it. Mix it with the spoon, fill the glass with soda water.

Decoration: Serve with two straws.

Caribba Rum 4cl
½ lime juice
cola
ice

Preparation: Pour components on the ice cubes into the highball glass, mix with the spoon and decorate with lime sector.

FLORIDA SKIES
Caribba Blanco Rum 4 shares
lime juice 1 share
pineapple juice 2 shares
crushed ice
soda-water for lengthening.

Preparation: fill the highball glass with crushed ice and pour all components to the glass.

Lengthen with soda water and stir.

Decorating: serve with cucumber or lime slice in the glass.

PINK RUM
Caribba Blanco Rum 4 shares
Corsaro Bitter 1 share
Cranberry juice 4 shares
Soda-water for lengthening.

Preparation: fill the highball glass with ice and pour all components to the glass.

Lengthen with soda-water and stir.

Decorating: serve with lime slice.
